The *COVID-19 Study Coordinator Lead* applies scientific knowledge to function as the research lead for a study examining methods to improve COVID-19 testing rates within the Partnerships for Native Health program at the Institute for Research and Education to Advance Community Health (IREACH). Exercises considerable day-to-day independence to develop and implement study protocols, materials, and procedures. The incumbent will serve as the research lead for all phases of research studies, working from grant applications to design approaches and methodologies to achieve specific aims and to design specific phases of IREACH COVID-19 studies across multiple sites. The incumbent will write Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and be responsible for compliance with numerous internal and external regulatory bodies throughout the study. The incumbent will also execute all study procedures (and direct others in the execution of study procedures) and supervise study staff, including conducting participant study visits, designing and overseeing data collection, conducting analyses, and preparing reports for publication. The incumbent will seek consultation from project Principal Investigator (PI) and senior staff, but will generally be expected to utilize substantial research experience to exercise independent judgement in day-to-day decision making and project oversight.
