This position manages the flow of daily operations and understands all programmatic facets of the Access Center. The position has advisory, budgetary, managerial and supervisory duties and responsibility for independent decision making regarding the daily administrative operations of the department. The major program activities for this position are the management of student applications, appointments and handling of sensitive documentation. The second major program function is managing the unit’s financial responsibilities including, but not limited to: payroll, payment of invoices, budget monitoring, travel, and contracts. The Administrative Assistant 3 will provide a wide range of diverse administrative support for the Director and Assistant Director, manage the office, train personnel on policies, procedures, and guidelines and assist in meeting ADA compliance requirements.
